btk1971 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "btk1971" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operating at https://btk1971.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Platform" means the btk1971 website, software, applications, and all related services made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the btk1971 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration and verification on the btk1971 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's btk1971 account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by btk1971 subject to applicable wagering requirements, as distinct from real-money deposits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandatory for all btk1971 account holders prior to withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all btk1971 transactions are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform operations and deadline calculations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in these Terms as grounds for account suspension, balance forfeiture, or legal action.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on btk1971, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual, acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of btk1971 or any of its service providers.
• You have not previously had a btk1971 account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not acting under self-exclusion from btk1971 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not doing so under duress or at the direction of a third party.
• You have the legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement and to engage in online gaming activity.

btk1971 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address at any point during the account lifecycle. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by btk1971, the account may be suspended pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one btk1971 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

During registration, players are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. btk1971 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited.

Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. btk1971 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's failure to keep their credentials secure. Players must notify btk1971 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation.

KYC Verification

Before processing a player's first withdrawal, btk1971 requires completion of the KYC verification process. This involves the submission of:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot or confirmation of the bKash or Nagad account registered in the player's name).

btk1971 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC review is typically completed within 2 business days of document submission.

All financial transactions on the btk1971 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). btk1971 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — UCB mobile banking
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank — direct bank transfer

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by btk1971, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to a player's account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. btk1971 does not charge fees on deposits; however, players should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM BST on business days are typically processed the same evening. Requests submitted after this time are processed on the following business day. btk1971 targets a processing time of 24–72 hours for bank transfer withdrawals and 1–4 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions.

Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. btk1971 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts registered in a name other than the verified account holder's name. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Currency & Exchange

All transactions are processed in BDT. btk1971 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players are responsible for any fees their bank or payment provider charges in connection with currency conversion, if applicable.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• btk1971 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or the systematic exploitation of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Free bet credits and cashback amounts credited as bonus funds carry the same wagering requirement unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free bets expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from a player's account without notice.

All betting and gaming activity on the btk1971 platform is subject to the specific rules of each game or market, which are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of play. The following general rules apply across all btk1971 products.

Finality of Results

Once a bet is placed or a game round is initiated, the outcome is determined by the relevant certified Random Number Generator (for casino games) or by the real-world result of the sporting event (for sports betting). btk1971 does not intervene in game outcomes. Results confirmed by the platform are final and binding unless there is a demonstrable technical error.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server errors, connectivity failures, or software faults — btk1971 will investigate the incident and, where the game outcome cannot be determined with confidence, void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. btk1971 is not liable for losses caused by a player's own internet connection or device failure.

Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on btk1971 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by standard international sports betting rules. Key provisions include:

• A minimum of the agreed number of overs must be completed for an innings-based market to be settled.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact time the bet is confirmed by the system.
• Abandoned or postponed matches are voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• btk1971 reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet, or withhold a payout where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

Prohibited Betting Conduct

Players must not engage in any form of prohibited betting conduct, including: using automated betting software or bots; exploiting pricing errors or technical faults for systematic gain; placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts in coordination; or any other activity that btk1971 determines to constitute abuse of the platform.

btk1971 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following tools and policies form part of btk1971's responsible gaming framework. 18+

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a deposit limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent exclusion. btk1971 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where btk1971 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is found to hold more than one btk1971 account.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The player's account has been accessed from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities in connection with the player's account.
• The player's account activity presents an elevated risk of money laundering, as assessed by btk1971's compliance team.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received for the player's account.

Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by btk1971 due to a proven breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at btk1971's discretion, subject to the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player, or closed for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their btk1971 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will not be paid out.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btk1971 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — in relation to the platform and the services provided. The following limitations apply:

• btk1971 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.
• btk1971 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including gambling losses sustained during a period of platform disruption.
• btk1971 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including game studios, payment processors, and internet service providers.
• btk1971's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the real-money balance held in the player's account at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes btk1971's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless btk1971 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform in a manner that is inconsistent with these Terms.

btk1971 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, bonus conditions, payment processes, or account obligations — btk1971 will provide advance notice to registered players via email or a platform notification displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the btk1971 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, request account closure in accordance with Section 8 above.

btk1971 may also update the specific rules of individual games, betting markets, and promotions at any time. Such updates are effective immediately upon publication within the relevant game interface or promotional page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
